2. Services

“Services” refers to legal counsel, advisory sessions and related work in the IT sector.

2.1 Delivery and Scheduling

Services are delivered as agreed. Scheduling changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.

2.2 Transfers and Cancellations

Clients may transfer booked services to another date or to another representative. Cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Fees for cancelled sessions will be credited as per the refund policy.

3. Info Products

“Info Products” includes digital materials such as e-documents, templates and online guides.

3.1 Access and Usage

Access is granted immediately upon completion of purchase. Materials are licensed for individual use and may not be shared.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

Due to the digital nature, no refund is permitted once download or access credentials are issued. Technical issues will be addressed by providing support within 7 days of purchase.

4. Goods

“Goods” refers to physical items such as printed materials or branded merchandise.

4.1 Shipping

Goods are shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.

4.2 Refund Policy for Goods

Clients may send back unopened Goods within 30 days for exchange or reimbursement. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of sent back items.
